What this note covers
This note covers the semakaml.com website only. It does not cover the Semak AML screening platform used by clients. Clients of the Semak AML platform will receive separate terms and a privacy notice.
What this website collects
- No cookies. This website does not set cookies.
- No analytics or tracking. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website.
- No forms. There are no forms on this website, so we do not collect anything you type.
- No third-party content. The pages do not load fonts, scripts or images from other websites.
Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) receives technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit, so that it can deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.
If you email us
If you email us, we use your email address and what you write only to reply to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing lists. Please do not send us personal data about your customers.
Personal data in Malaysia
We aim to handle any personal data you send us in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). If you would like to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete our correspondence with you, email us using the address on our contact page.
